This is an amazing field breeding...
Grip was ranked #3 in the hunt test world for the 2018 hunt test year (per retrieverresults.com, which inlcudes all retriever breeds)...was the 17th golden retriever IN HISTORY to earn his GRHRCH...has a Manster National Pass & will be inducted in the Hunt Test Hall of Fame within the next 2 years! Grip has all of his DNA & health clearances (Good Rating on his hips). Grip has 1st placed 2 qual Field Trials, earning him the QA2 title. There is only 2 other goldens with more Grand passes...in the history of the HRC International Grand. He currently has over 700 HRC points. Grip is within breed standards for height (on the tall end) & weight (approx. 67 lbs) and has a dark red field coat with a med-dark undercoat. He is truly my once-in-a-lifetime dog and is perfect out in the field as well as at home.
Red is my little pocket-rocket - a well-portioned bitch with great attributes. She is tireless in the field yet lovingly craves affection at home - such a sweetheart! Red has all of her DNA & health clearances (Good Rating on her hips). Red is within breed standards for height (on the short end) & weight (approx 45 lbs) and has a dark red field coat with a med-dark undercoat. Red has white markings on her front paws and is capable of throwing pups with white markings (common places for white markings on field goldens are feet, chest, and head) - these often fade or disappear by the time they reach 2 years old. Red will be retiring after this litter and new owners have been selected...she will enjoy the rest of her life on a ranch with other goldens and a very nice couple who will undoubtedly spoil her!!! Her new owners also intend to keep a male puppy out of this litter.

This litter is expected to produce a wonderful balance of a hunting dog and a family companion. Pups should make great hunters, obedience, agility and rally prospects, as well as hunt test/field trial competitors. Outstanding pedigrees and healthy lines. Now accepting deposits - competition homes are preferred but will consider active family/hunting homes as well. Puppies should be ready for their new homes mid July 2018! Field goldens often sell before being weaned - if you are interested in getting a puppy in the future, I strongly recommend you contact me or your choice of breeder well in advance to be sure to reserve a spot.
All puppies are expected to be dark/red in color. There is likely to be some with white markings (they are usually a dash on the forehead, chest or feet. Some white markings fade, some will remain.
The puppy price for this litter will be $2,750 (or $2,500 with a training contract). Female pick of the litter is priced at $2,000 with a co-ownership, training & breeding contract...or $3,500. Male pick of the litter is priced at $3,100 (or $2,750 with a training contract). I do require that each pup is microchipped and registered prior to leaving my home - this is included in your purchase price (also includes lifetime enrollment in AKC's ReUnite program). I handle the microchipping and enrollment for you.
Pick preference is given to those who will be competing with their pup and/or those who enroll in advance for their puppy to train with Tim Cramer in Top Notch Retriever's started gun dog program.
This litter will be dual registered with both AKC and UKC. I also individually register each pup with AKC. I can also individually register your pup for you with UKC at your direction (you are responsible for the nominal additional fees). Full registration (for those of you who want to breed) is given only after pup reaches 2 years old and has proven health and performance records. Please contact me with questions or for additional information.
